KYC

Before we launch your FanWorlds website, we need to understand who is behind the business. This is a normal step for adult projects, payments, compliance, and platform safety.

KYC is not here to slow you down. It helps us launch serious creators and studios safely, while protecting the infrastructure, payment flow, and other FanWorlds clients.

Why We Need KYC

Adult businesses require more trust than regular websites. We need to confirm that your project is real, that you are responsible for the content, and that your website can meet basic compliance and payment requirements.

  • To verify who owns or operates the project
  • To reduce fraud, abuse, and payment risk
  • To support adult payment provider requirements
  • To confirm who is responsible for content and performers
  • To keep FanWorlds infrastructure safe for all clients

What We May Ask For

The exact list depends on your project, country, business type, content type, and payment setup. In most cases, we start with basic information and only ask for more if needed.

  • Your legal name or business name
  • Your contact information
  • Your brand, website, or project name
  • Basic information about your business model
  • The type of content you plan to sell
  • Confirmation that you are responsible for your content and performers
  • Additional documents if required for payment or compliance review

How The KYC Process Works

We keep the process simple. You send us the required information, we review it, and then we confirm whether your project can move forward.

Step 1: You submit basic information about yourself, your business, and your project.

Step 2: We review your details and check whether the project fits FanWorlds requirements.

Step 3: If anything is missing, we ask for clarification or additional documents.

Step 4: After approval, we prepare your FanWorlds setup and move toward launch.

How Long Does It Take?

Most KYC reviews take 1–2 business days after we receive all required information.

If your project requires additional review, payment provider checks, or extra documents, it may take longer. We will let you know if we need anything else.

Your Responsibility

FanWorlds provides software, infrastructure, and technical support. You are responsible for your business, your content, your performers, your customers, and your legal obligations.

You must have the right to publish and sell all content on your website. You are also responsible for performer documentation, age verification, releases, and any records required by applicable rules.

Content Rules

FanWorlds is built for adult businesses, but not every type of content is accepted. Content that creates legal, payment, or infrastructure risk may be rejected.

  • All performers must be adults
  • You must have the legal right to publish and sell the content
  • Required records and releases must be available if requested
  • Illegal or prohibited content is not allowed
  • Payment provider rules must be followed

After Approval

Once your KYC is approved, we can start preparing your FanWorlds website. This includes the basic setup, infrastructure configuration, and launch preparation.

After that, you can start building your branded creator or studio business on FanWorlds infrastructure.
